Shipping Policy
We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
1. Delivery Time Frame:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✅ You must contact the Mix Rack team before returning any item.
✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request must be made within +91 79069 96474 days of receiving the product.
✅ The product must be sent back at your own cost to Mix Rack after approval.
Note : All products will be delivered within 15 days from the date of order confirmation.
2. Shipping Information:
We process and ship orders during regular business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress.
3. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — stay tuned!
4. Delays:
While we strive to meet the 15-day delivery commitment, delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen circumstances (weather issues, courier delays, etc.). If there’s any major delay, our team will contact you with updates.
